VIP Day Case Study: Amplified Health & Wellness

The Client

Amplified Health & Wellness is led by Nigel Lines, a health and mental health coach based in Cromwell, Central Otago. He works with clients both locally and online, helping them rebuild their energy, habits, and wellbeing through real, honest coaching. No gimmicks, no quick fixes – just practical tools that stick.

Nigel’s clients trust him to guide them through stress, burnout, mindset shifts, nutrition, movement, and everything in between. He’s exceptional with people – but when it came to his website, he knew he needed someone else to take the lead.

Before and After website transformation of Amplified Health & Wellness

Before & After Website Transformation

The Challenge

Nigel didn’t come to me with a design brief or a wish list. He didn’t need more “stuff” on the website – he needed it to actually work.

When we first looked at his existing site, we found:

  • His contact form wasn’t connected to an inbox (meaning inquiries went nowhere).

  • The site had no SEO or keyword structure, so Google wasn’t even registering it.

  • The navigation was clunky and hard for visitors to find what they needed.

  • The visuals weren’t aligned to his brand or his actual presence across social media.

  • The content didn’t sound like him — or speak directly to the people he helps.

In short: the site wasn’t representing his business, wasn’t showing up in search, and wasn’t converting visitors into clients.

The Solution: One VIP Day

With full trust and creative freedom, we tackled what mattered most in a single VIP Day:

1. Fixed the foundation

  • Reconnected the contact form so new leads could actually reach him.

  • Fully restructured the site SEO, titles, descriptions, and keywords.

  • Simplified and clarified the navigation for easy browsing.

2. Updated the design

  • Refined the colour palette to match his brand and social presence.

  • Swapped out stock imagery for real photos that show Nigel in his element – connecting with people.

  • Added custom graphic elements inspired by his logo to create a bespoke feel.

3. Made the content work harder

  • Expanded and rewrote site copy to sound like Nigel and speak to the actual challenges his clients face.

  • Built out testimonials to showcase the incredible transformations his clients have achieved.

The Results

This wasn’t a full Signature Website build, but one highly focused day was enough to create serious traction:

  • Contact form fully functioning (and inquiries coming in).

  • SEO structure added and already seeing increases in organic search visibility.

  • Website traffic climbing within the first week.

  • The site now feels aligned with who Nigel is – both online and offline.

And most importantly, Nigel stayed focused on his clients while the work got done behind the scenes.

Why VIP Day Worked So Well

Nigel’s strength is showing up fully for his clients – coaching, supporting, encouraging, and helping people move forward. He knew his energy was better spent there, not tangled up in website decisions.

Because he trusted me to guide the design and content process, we could move quickly, make the right decisions, and deliver results that supported his business long-term.

Thinking a VIP Day might be exactly what your business needs?

Look at those stats!
