The Story
Nourish Aotearoa needed a brand and website that felt warm, modern, and grounded. Teresa is a dietitian specialising in women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and paediatrics, supporting clients in Hawke’s Bay and online across Aotearoa. The brand needed to feel professional and trustworthy, but still human.
The logo is simple and intentional: a refined wordmark paired with an abstract icon that nods to nourishment and women’s health without being literal. The icon is built from soft, organic shapes arranged in a circle.
It can read as a seed, a leaf, and a subtle cycle reference all at once – which felt right for a practice that supports people through different stages (preconception to postpartum, and beyond). It’s feminine, but not in a predictable way.
For this project I delivered a Brand Intensive and a single-page Squarespace website, built to keep the experience straightforward: understand the focus areas quickly, feel confident you’re in the right place, and book.
